The Hummingbird was designed and voiced with a slight bias toward British sounding speakers. Both the Royal and Jubilee are rated for 50W and improve upon their ancestors with warmer tones and harmonics, increased efficiency, and a smoother response across a wider power range.

• The Royal is great if you like greens or anniversaries. Low-volume cleans are rich and clear with a touch of grit when you dig in. As you increase volume and attack, the Royal transitions smoothly to a beautiful creamy breakup in tandem with output tube distortion. It’s a great all-rounder that can go heavy if desired.
• The Jubilee is the perfect drop-in replacement for gold or blue AlNico speakers, with its smoother top-end and more balanced overall sound. It has a similar presence as the Royal, but less grit and more overtones from the AlNico magnet. If you’re in search of the holly-grail of pedal platforms, the Hummingbird + Jubilee combination is hard to beat.
